Based on these reports, we furnish data on repair costs and budget projections to allow Property Managers and/or Condominium Board Members to provide assessment information to unit owners in a timely manner.

 

This data can also be used to prepare plans and specifications for major repairs or an entirely new roof. We also recommend contractors and supervise their work - from bids to final inspection of the work.
